The OnCall Workout

I had the pleasure of designing a time efficient workout for the attendees of the BraveEnough 2018 Conference. I structured a talk around the workout, and I provided the workout as a take home gift.

Everyone in the room participated and learned just how effective a 10 minute workout can be!!!

But…little did my brave sisters know, they would be coming home to more fun. I created a challenge to keep everyone moving. These ladies have the chance to earn a full scholarship to my 16 week coaching course. The competition is fierce!! These women inspire me.
