This is a great meal to make if you have leftovers! You can use steak, shrimp, fish, tempeh, or even hummus.
Protein (leftover is perfect)
Bibb lettuce or Iceburg Head
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs coconut aminos
Sprinkle of garlic and ginger powder (optional)
Peel iceberg or Bibb lettuce leaves (they should have a curve to act as the "cup"). Drain and rinse miracle noodles. To remove extra moisture from noddles you can press between double layered paper towels or fry in stovetop pan for 5 minutes with a bit of oil. Toss the noddles in dressing made of sesame oil, coconut anions, and optional spices. Assemble all ingredients in lettuce cups. Wrap and Enjoy.
