PROTEIN BROWNIES

These will be the hit of the party! 

12 Pitted Dates

1 Cup of Applesauce

3 tbs Coconut Oil

3 tbs Almond Butter

3 tbs Coconut Flour

3 tbs Cacao Powder

4 scoops of protein powder (I recommend vanilla)

1 cup of hot water

In a food processor add dates, applesauce, coconut oil, and almond butter. Process until smooth.  then add coconut flour, cacao powder, protein powder, and hot water.  Food process until smooth.  The mixture will be thick.  Bake 15-20 min at 350
