1 Bag of Frozen Cauliflower Rice

2 eggs

1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup of grated parm cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Any toppings of your choice....I used high quality bacon, Raos sauce, and mozzarella cheese.

Preheat over to 400 degrees.  Microwave cauliflower rice for 2 minutes.  Wrap rice in a cloth or double layered paper towels and squeeze out excess water.  This is a key step.  In a bowl beat 2 eggs, then add rice, cheese, and spices.  Mix well.  On parchment paper over a baking sheet, spread mixture into a round shape.  Bake in oven for 20 minutes.  Flip crust and cook an additional 5 minutes.  Take out and add toppings of choice, bake for another 10 minutes.
