2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast 

4 tbs of toasted sesame oil

4 tbs of coconut aminos

2 tbs coconut vinegar

1 tbs ginger

2 tbs garlic

in a ziplock bag, place all ingredients except chicken.  Mix in bag.  Add chicken.  You can choose to pound chicken (optional but recommended).  Grill or Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.  Slice over salad or serve with stir fried veggies.
