2 bags of frozen cauliflower rice
3/4 cup of hot sauce
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup of ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
In a stove top pan on medium heat, coat with cooking spray and add cauliflower rice. Cook for 2 minutes to unthaw and then add hot sauce, cook until warm (about 2 minutes). Add 1 cup of ranch dressing and stir until warm. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and all ingredients combined. Finally add cheese. Stir until hot and bubbly. You can transfer to a crockpot if taking to a party to keep warm. Serve with celery sticks and low carb cheese whisps.
