What equipment is required?

Our 31 Days of Fit program is designed with convenience in mind, which means minimal equipment is required. All the routines can be performed without any equipment, making it possible for you to get a great workout from anywhere, at any time. However, to add an extra challenge and maximize your gains, many exercises are taught using one set of dumbbells. If you have a pair of dumbbells at home, great! If not, don't worry, these exercises can still be performed effectively without them. We believe in the power of bodyweight exercises and have infused our program with routines that enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance, leveraging your own body weight. So, whether you're at home, in a hotel room, or even at the park, you can dive into your workout routine without any limitations.

What is the refund policy?

Because this program is a service based program and you get access to all content upon signing up. The program is nonrefundable. Access is for 6-months upon the time of registering. Please do not sign up for this program if your fitness level does not match the recommendation above.
